Shipping Policy
Goods held in stock will be consigned for next day delivery UK mainland. Scottish Highlands will be shipped on a 3-day service. Goods will be packaged safely for shipping on a carrier service. We endeavour to ensure all products arrive with you in pristine condition. Sometimes there may be damage along the way and this is never intentional. If any damage is clearly evident, then please sign the carrier’s note as ‘damaged’. If the damage is not visible, then please advise as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. We are unable to process claims for damage unless the damage has been advised within this time frame. If the goods are found to be not as ordered, then we will collect and replace free of charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
It is our policy to exchange damaged products swiftly but you must advise us within 24 hours if received damaged. Our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of one year from purchase. We may need photographic evidence of the fault so that we can claim on our respective suppliers and we will advise in this rare occurrence.
Where a product is surplus to requirements and is no longer needed, you may return the product, within 28 days of purchase, for a credit of 75% of the purchase price; they must be returned at your expense using a signed for service and insured against loss and damage. If you wish to take up this option, please advise and we will issue a Return Number to ensure the product is not refused upon return. The product must be unused and be returned in its original packaging. Any product returned for re-stock will be inspected upon return to ensure it is appropriate for restocking.
